• Premier sponsors will be recognized on all published versions of the preserved collections – on the back cover of the America’s Treasured Voices series on Smithsonian Folkways Recordings and the Library of Congress American Memory website. Folders, boxes, and other containers of the physical collection where appropriate will also bear sponsor recognition.
• Leaders and Patrons will be recognized on plaques to be placed in proximity to the collections in public readings rooms at the Smithsonian and the Library of Congress.
• Leaders have the right to promote their association with the Smithsonian Institution and the collection preservation effort in print media.
• Patrons have the right to promote their association with the Smithsonian Institution and the collection preservation effort in electronic and print media.
